Australian Bush Poets Association Inc. (ABPA)
The membership of the Australian Bush Poets Association comprises of writers, performers and individuals who are interested in bush poetry. If you are interested in Australian bush poetry either traditional or modern, then membership to the ABPA is for you.
The objectives of the Australian Bush Poets Association is to foster and encourage the growth of Bush Poetry in Australia. Australian Bush Poetry is poetry having good rhyme and metre, written about Australia, Australians and/or the Australian way of life.
The Australian Bush Poetry, Verse & Music Site Pages are dedicated to the promotion of Australian Bush Poetry, Verse and Australian Music.
Submissions of Bush Verse, Bush Poetry and Bush Music are welcome from visitors to the site. You may post to our Forum, or contact the webmaster, Ric Raftis. We are happy to carry information from contributors to these pages regarding where books and tapes can be purchased. If you are a bush poet with a page, we would love to hear from you so we can do a link to your page.
